Bullet discovers creative talent through Twitter…

Bullet would like to welcome the newest arrival of the creative team– Richard Cousins joins the agency as a Junior Art Director!

Rich was actually recruited through the popular social media platform, Twitter. This has been the first time Bullet has used a site like Twitter to aid the recruitment process. By doing so, we’ve been able to contact eligible candidates directly and invite them for interviews. And in this case, effectively recruit someone!

Since his interview, Rich has successfully completed a three week internship, where he quickly found his feet and impressed his colleagues.

Rich comments:

“Ever since the age of 16 I have been immersed in the creative world. I spent two years at college studying for a Diploma in Graphic Design before heading off to study at the London College of Communication. My first two years at University taught me a lot about thinking differently and conceptually.

After my second year I took the opportunity of an Industry year. I spent time working at the Financial Times in London, before heading out to Italy, where I worked at two different design studios, Studio Fluo and Marco Morosini Studio. Not only did I have the opportunity to work on some great projects, but also I enjoyed the experience of a new culture and relished the challenge of learning a new language.

On returning to my final year at University, I combined my commercial experiences with the conceptual approach my studies had influenced, to develop commercially viable work with a focus on strong, well-considered ideas.”

Bullet looks forward to welcoming Rich and is confident he will be a great addition to the creative team.
